Set up your account
Three steps, about 15 minutes, and this page tells you live when each one is working. No API keys, no passwords shared, nothing to configure by hand.

Connect your Keap
Log into Keap and click Allow. Then we ask, separately, whether to add the ten tracking fields to your contact records. Connecting alone never writes anything to your Keap, and saying no leaves the connection read only.

Add the script to your website
On WordPress? Do not use the tag. In your admin go to Plugins, then Add New, search MyVitalAssistant and install it, then enter the email address you sign in here with. Two clicks and a paste, no developer, and updates arrive on their own like any other plugin. It is published in the official WordPress directory, which means the WordPress plugins team reviewed its code before it went up.
It is also the better install, not merely the easier one. The tag below is served from our domain, and Safari caps a cookie set that way at seven days, so a visitor who clicks your ad on Monday and comes back a fortnight later arrives as a stranger. The plugin serves the same tracking from your own domain and the cookie lives its full 400 days. If you have already pasted the tag, remove it when you install the plugin: two copies count every visit twice.
Anything else, copy this one tag into the head of your website, as high up as it will go. Every page if you can; your landing pages at minimum.

Once it's on your site, load any page there and watch this step turn green. We're checking every few seconds.

Connect your ad accounts
Same as Keap: log in, click Allow. Connect whichever you run; one is fine.

Track phone calls too
If leads call you, point your existing call platform at this webhook and every call joins your report: matched to the caller's contact record, attributed by the number they dialed. Works with CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, Marchex, or any platform that can send a webhook. Nothing about your phone setup changes.

Count revenue from QuickBooks instead
If your invoices and payments live in QuickBooks Online rather than Keap orders, connect it and your report counts revenue straight from your books. Read-only, always: we read customers and payments, and the connection cannot write to your books by construction.
