MyVitalAssistant is a marketing attribution and reporting service operated by Vital Consulting. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

MyVitalAssistant connects data sources you authorize (such as your CRM, advertising accounts, and call tracking platform) and produces attribution reporting from them. The service is currently in early access, and features may change as it develops.

Your accounts and data

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for having the right to connect them. You retain ownership of your data. You may disconnect any data source or close your account at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes, and to comply with the terms of the platforms you connect (including Google, Meta, and Keap) and with applicable privacy laws in how you collect and use data about your own customers.

Disclaimers

Attribution reporting is an estimate built from the data available to the service. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and it should inform your judgment rather than replace it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Consulting is not liable for business decisions made using the service or for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
