MyVitalAssistant.

Your ads make leads.
Which ones make money?

MyVitalAssistant connects your Google and Meta ads to your Keap CRM and follows every lead through to the sale. Spend on one side, revenue on the other, one honest number in between.

How it works

Three connections. One answer.

01 · your website

A small script watches where leads come from

One snippet on your site captures the ad click behind every visit and carries it into Keap when a form is filled or a tracked number is called.

02 · your accounts

Connect Keap, Google, and Meta

You log in to each one and grant access. No exports, no spreadsheets, no changes to how you work today. Your call tracking platform can feed in too.

03 · your report

See revenue by campaign, not clicks

When a contact becomes a customer in Keap, the sale is matched back to the ad that started it. We can also send that result to Google and Meta so your campaigns optimize on real money.

Who it's for

Built for Keap users who run ads

If your business runs on Keap and you spend real money on Google or Meta, you already know the uncomfortable part: your ad platforms count clicks and leads, but the sale happens later, inside your CRM, and nothing connects the two.

MyVitalAssistant is that connection. It works whether your leads fill out forms or pick up the phone, and it does not replace anything you already use.

It answers questions like: Which campaign produced customers, not just leads? What did each channel return per dollar? Which source brings leads that never close?
