Understand your leads, especially the ones your ads pay for. Where people find you, which touches turn them into customers, and what every dollar returns. Spend on one side, revenue on the other, and one honest number in between.
How it works
One snippet captures the ad click behind every visit and carries it into your CRM when a form is filled or a tracked number is called.
Log in to each one and grant access. About 15 minutes, no API keys, and the setup page turns green as each connection goes live. Call tracking can feed in too.
When a contact becomes a customer in your CRM, the sale is matched back to the ad that started it. We can even send that result to Google and Meta so your campaigns optimize on real money.
Who it's for
Your ad platforms count clicks and leads. The sale happens later, inside your CRM, and nothing connects the two.
We specialise in Keap and know it deeply, down to the parts of its API that do not behave the way the documentation says. HighLevel connects today too, straight from its marketplace, and the product is built so each new platform is a connector rather than a rewrite.
Phone calls coming in? Orphan records from form fills? Not sure who is who in your CRM? MyVitalAssistant connects the dots, and it replaces nothing you already use.
Then you ask about your business, and the answers come from your real spend and revenue. Not estimates, not click counts.
Ask from our dashboard, or plug your account straight into Claude or ChatGPT: MyVitalAssistant speaks MCP, the open standard AI assistants use to connect to your tools. Your assistant reads your numbers; it can never touch them.
Ask your numbers
Which campaign made the most money?
Google Brand Search: $18,400 on $2,100 spend. 8.8x.
What makes the phone ring?
Truck wrap: 31 calls, 12 customers, $9,800.
Which leads never close?
Call routing
Callers dial, someone answers. Nothing changes on your end.
Phone calls count
Service businesses close on the phone, and that's exactly where most attribution gives up. Not here.
Your call platform already gives each campaign its own number. Tell us once which number belongs to which source, and every call joins your dashboard. The number dialed says which campaign made the phone ring, the caller's number matches them to their contact in Keap, and a phone sale gets credit just like a form fill.
We do not sell phone numbers and nothing about your current setup changes. Whatever platform you already run, the call tracking guide shows you exactly how to connect it. No call platform yet? We will help you pick one and get it wired up.
Print, last 30 days
Beside Google and Meta, on the same screen, doing the same maths.
The offline half
Print, direct mail, truck wraps, yard signs. The money is real and the answer has always been a shrug. Make a short link or a QR code on your own domain, literally yours: t.yourcompany.com on the truck, not somebody else's hostname. We look up where your DNS lives, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, wherever, and point you at the exact record to add. One CNAME and every code you print carries your name.
Even a domain you bought just for the trucks works. Paint needacleanpool.com on the fleet, put the codes on go.needacleanpool.com, and forward the bare domain to your main site. The person who scans is tracked, the person who just types the domain is tracked, and the trucks show up as their own source next to Google and Meta.
Because the code lives on your domain, we recognise the visitor the moment they scan, before they ever reach your site. The flyer that sent them stays attached to them even if your landing page strips the query string or your own tracking is broken.
The code itself never changes, because it is printed and paper does not get software updates. Where it points can change whenever you like. Tell us what the run cost and print reports cost per lead and ROAS next to your ad channels.
Sales manager view
Every open deal on one board or one sortable table: value, days sitting in stage, owner, and the service type behind it. Deals going stale turn orange before they go cold.
Win rates by service type, every stage move recorded the moment it happens (Keap, for one, keeps no history at all), and bulk actions when it’s time to move ten deals at once. Mark won, mark lost, add a note, all without leaving the report.
That recorded history becomes the answers a sales manager actually wants: how long deals really sit in each stage, which open deals have gone quiet against their own stage’s normal rather than a number somebody made up, and where deals go when they leave a stage. Forward, backward, or lost right there. Every one of those waits until it has enough history to mean something, and says so until then.
And because it’s all one system, you can ask: which service closes fastest? and get an answer from your real pipeline.

Search · “555 0142”
One search box, over everything you connected.
Find anyone
A name, an email, any piece of a phone number. Back comes the person: where they came from, what they paid, every call they made, every meeting they booked. Click through and the trail ends at a record id you can look up in your own system. An order number. A call id. A contact. A report that ends in a summary is an assertion; one that ends in an id is a receipt.
The search covers every system you connected, not just the CRM. Somebody who called yesterday and never filled out a form is still findable by their number, calls listed, with an honest note that no contact carries that number yet. Booked a meeting without becoming a contact? Same. If it reached anything you connected, you can find it here.
And when one human is wearing two contact records, the search says so: a duplicate flag on the result, the sibling records side by side with what they share, and a recommendation on which to keep. We will not pretend to merge them, because no CRM allows it from outside; we hand you the ids and point at the one place the merge really happens.
The funnel · last 30 days
Bounce rate, visit length, top sources and pages ride along, all from your own snippet.
Site traffic, built in
The tracking snippet already watches every visit. So you get real site analytics without ever installing Google Analytics. Visitors by day, bounce rate, time on site, top sources, landing pages, referrers, all of it. Run more than one website? Filter by each.
Then the funnel ties the whole story together. Impressions become clicks, clicks become visits, visits become leads, leads become customers, and customers become deposits. Click any stage to see the campaigns or the actual people behind it. Ad platforms stop counting at the click. We keep counting until the money lands.
Know your market
Tell us your industry and service area, or let us draft both straight from your website. We pull your local rivals from Google Places with real ratings and real review counts, ranked the same way a customer sizes them up.
And the gaps are math, not guesses. How many reviews you need to pass the business above you. Whether your rating is the ceiling. Who has been quietly stacking reviews for years while nobody on your team ever asked for one.

MyVitalAssistant is in active development by Vital Consulting. We're working with a handful of businesses that run ads and want honest numbers, most of them on Keap today.
Tell us about your setup and you're in. No sales call to sit through, no meeting to schedule. Connect your accounts on your own time, and ask questions whenever you like.
What you get
What we ask in return
Setting up your account. Your welcome email arrives in about 60 seconds.
Watch your inbox. Your welcome email with your personal dashboard link and setup guide is on the way, and setup takes minutes, not meetings.
Questions at any point? Reply to that email or write hello@myvitalassistant.com and a human answers.
We read revenue from Keap and HighLevel today with live Google or Meta ads, because honest numbers need real data. Other platforms follow, and ads matter because return on ad spend needs spend to measure. We saved your details, and you'll get an email from us with what fits your setup and when.
The roadmap shows which platforms are coming. Want yours sooner? Reply to our email and say so. Every connector on that list got there because someone asked.
All 25 spots are taken by businesses with live data flowing. That number is real, not a marketing timer.
Want in on the next group? Email hello@myvitalassistant.com with your name and website and you're first in line.
